What documents are required to rent a car?
To rent a vehicle, you need a valid driver's license (at least 1 year), ID card or passport, and a credit/debit card. For foreign guests, a passport and international driver's license are sufficient.
What is the minimum rental period?
Our minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours). We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rental options. Special rates apply for long-term rentals.
Vehicles are delivered with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank. If returned empty, the fuel cost will be charged to the customer.
Is there a mileage limit?
Standard rentals include 300 km/day and 2,000 km/week. Please contact us for unlimited mileage options.
What does the insurance cover?
All our vehicles come with mandatory traffic insurance and comprehensive coverage. Please contact us for additional protection packages.
Can I pick up the car at a different location?
Yes, we offer vehicle delivery within the Belek region, including Antalya Airport, your hotel, or any specified address. Transfer fees may vary by distance.
How can I cancel my reservation?
Reservations cancelled at least 24 hours before the rental start time will not incur any cancellation fee. Please contact us for later cancellations.
What are the payment methods?
We accept cash (TRY/EUR/USD), credit cards, and debit cards. Please call us for installment payment options.
